Our Hotel Pacherhof comprises a historic listed farm which dates back to the 11th century together with a newer building. The historic part houses the Stuben living rooms - one of which is one of the oldest in South Tyrol - the bedrooms and the Pacherhof wine cellar. Our rooms, suites and our spa area are housed in the newer part, and a terrace in Béton brut raw concrete connects the two buildings.

The salon is part of the terrace and is joined to the old building. The lounge, semi-open, is furnished in wood on the slope side and sliding glass doors to the front. The glass doors slide back behind the walls so that inside and out melt into one. The salon has a pleasant atmosphere, is light and open and a wonderful place to retreat to. Designer Fritz Hansen chairs add the finishing touches to the sleek interior design of the salon.

Design complements the historic farm: Old on new, new on old – there’s plenty of room for both to flourish! And old and new don’t clash here, but rather complement each other to create a relaxing harmony.

This philosophy carries through to our newly renovated wine cellar and tasting room where the merger of old and new can be seen at its very best. New life in old walls, where you can take a trip into the world of wines and sample the Pacherhof wines surrounded by centuries of serenity.
