Andreas Huber is the winemaker and cellar master of the Pacherhof vineyard and, on these eight hectares of vineyard, he cultivates eight types of white grape varieties with joy, love and passion. His wines, dry with a fruity minerality, express the character of the vines and the lands in their purest of forms; that’s why Andreas Huber opts for slow, gentle maturation in the cellar and has made the conscious decision to not age his wines in barriques. The young father is currently developing a Cuvée and a Passito.
Andreas Hofer trained in the viniculture school in Veitshöchheim, Würzburg. His talent, passion and feel for wine were passed down to him by his father, and his grandfather and great-grandfather before them.
